USEFUL INFORMATION

The following terms of sale are applicable for all sales made by Wellington Perforated Sheet & Plate Inc. Acceptance of delivery will constitute consent to these terms.

Quotations:
All stock quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated and all materials are subject to prior sale. On special order material, Wellington Perforated Sheet & plate Inc. reserves the right to adjust selling price in effect at time order is received.

Deliveries:
Deliveries quoted are an approximation and may vary due to order date, changes in shop load and factors beyond our control. All items are quoted FOB Fergus, freight costs to be determined by quote.

Custom Orders:
Custom orders are subject to quantity variance of +/- 5%. Delivery lead times on custom orders commence once final production drawings are approved.

Quality Standards:
All material is subject to commercial quality tolerances, IPA standards to apply. Perforated lubricants are not removed unless otherwise stated.  Degreased material is not guaranteed to be rust or stain free. Material is not guaranteed to be scratch free. All material is quoted as mill finish unless otherwise stated. Polished material is quoted as polished one side only unless otherwise stated. All material is quoted as not re-squared unless otherwise stated.

Post Processing :

It will be the customers responsibility to inspect/clean material prior to any post processing such as painting, anodizing, forming.
Wellington Perforated will not be responsible for quality issues incurred from post processing of materials. Once post processed, Wellington removes any responsibility from repair or replacement.

Damages

Any damages / shortages must be marked on original bill of lading upon delivery / pickup.

Painting / Powder Coating

Any painted / powdercoated material supplied by Wellington Perforated with a hole size smaller than 3/16", will have larger holes drilled into the corners for the powdercoating process. 

Tolerances:
Standard Material tolerances: Width: As Supplied by Mill, Length: -0/+1”
Re-Sheared Tolerance: as per IPA Standards
Unless otherwise specified.

Labour Only:
On Labour only jobs, Wellington Perforated is not responsible for the cost of material that may be damaged during the perforating process.

MTRs:
MTR’s are not available for stock carbon steel, galvanized or aluminum perforated products. MTRs also not available on stock wire mesh. We can provide MTRs on stock stainless perforated, and custom orders upon request.

Payment Terms:
First time customers will be subject to COD payment terms. On approved credit, terms of NET 30 Days will apply. Interest will be charged at a rate of 24% per year on all overdue accounts.

Returns:
Stock material may be returned with the written consent of Wellington Perforated Sheet & Plate. Stock items will be subject to a minimum 15% re-stocking charge. Custom orders are non-refundable. All claims must be made within 10 days of delivery.
